The Sunny Side Neighborhood

The Sunny Side Neighborhood is a 2 square mile community is North West Denver. The neighborhood is gaining popularity due to it’s proximity to downtown Denver and it’s affordability. The neighborhood boarders are I-70 to the North, Federal Blvd to the West, 38th Ave to the South and Inca St. to the west. The neighborhood is approximately 2 miles from Lower Downtown Denver (Lodo).

The Sunny Side Neighborhood will also be getting a Light Rail stop in 2016 located at 41st and Fox. There will be a pedestrian bridge that will link the transit platform to the Sunny Side community at 41st. This is part of the RTD Fastracks transit expansion out of Union Station. The Sunny Side stop will have access to two transit lines. The Gold Line offers transit from Downtown to Wheatridge and Arvada. The Northwest Line offers transit from Downtown to Westminster, Church Ranch, Superior, Louisville, Boulder, Gunbarrel and Longmont.
